then:

Death by Broad Jump
At the beginning of each min complete 1 thruster then the allotted number of broad jumps in the remaining time.
Example 1st min-1 thruster, 1 broad jump; 2nd min 1thruster, 2 broad jump etc.

Find your max height box jump
then:
Death by 10meters
Complete one 10M first min, two 10M the second, 3 the third, 4 the fourth, etc. until you cannot complete the desired number of 10M shuttles in the min
