My Fault!!!

6rounds for time:
5 Hand Stand Push-up
10 Dumbbell Power Clean
15 Burpee

So after programming this one thinking it is a good workout, which I believe it to be, I realized when everyone was performing this that the previous day you had just done DB Power Snatches. This workout probably should have been done next week. Learning curves. You all did great and are starting to realize the importance of aggressive hips and violent shrugs.
