ITB Slow Twisting Kick Complex
Inchworms
Cocky Walk Complex
This would be the warm up for the sprints

Every min on the min for 8min
Sprint 53yards out and back
The total yardage ran will be 106yards each sprint

then:

100 abmat sit-ups or 50 rollouts for time
